Sara Razavi is the compassionate heart, brilliant legal mind, and operational spine of Monarch Law Group. A dedicated California personal injury attorney, Sara focuses on serious bicycle, pedestrian, motorcycle, rideshare, and auto accident cases. Sara’s path into personal injury law was forged through a deeply personal injustice. Her academic excellence was clear early on; she attended Whittier Law School on a full merit scholarship, consistently making the Dean’s List, earning prestigious CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Criminal, Constitutional, and Disability Law, and graduating magna cum laude.

While still navigating her rigorous law studies, her grandfather suffered a serious car accident, followed weeks later by a stress-induced heart attack. Recognizing his vulnerability, the at-fault insurance company attempted to exploit him, offering a meager $1,000 for a full release of liability. Driven by a fierce protective instinct, Sara stepped in. She single-handedly navigated the medical system to get her grandfather the elite care he needed and ultimately secured a life-changing, six-figure settlement. That defining moment ignited her lifelong passion for consumer advocacy.

Admitted to the State Bar of California in 2009, Sara has spent nearly two decades executing that same relentless drive.

As a first-generation American born to an immigrant family, Sara grew up understanding the unique hurdles of navigating complex institutional systems without an advocate. This perspective deepened at just 12 years old when she met her co-founder, Sammy, who had just moved to the United States from Iran. Bonding over a shared commitment to protecting their community, they developed a profound understanding of what it means to need a trusted voice.

Together, they built Monarch Law Group to ensure clients are treated as individuals, never numbers. Sara has an immense sense of responsibility; she is the operational mastermind who monitors statutes of limitations, tracks case data, and sends out the critical reports that keep the entire firm moving in perfect alignment.

Sara’s commitment to responsiveness is legendary. She stays up late monitoring files, handles client intakes directly to ensure no one is left waiting, and possesses a vast, trusted network of elite attorneys to ensure every single person who calls the firm gets the exact help they need. She believes in absolute accountability: if a system isn't moving fast enough for her clients, she will step in and handle it herself.

When she isn’t anchoring the firm's operations or fighting for her clients, Sara finds her greatest joy in spending time with her two daughters.
