Sammy’s relentless drive to fight for others is deeply rooted in her history. Arriving in the United States from Iran, Sammy and her co-founder, Sara Razavi, first met at the young age of 12. As children of immigrants adjusting to a new country, they formed an immediate bond over a shared understanding of the hurdles facing those without an advocate. This early, up-close exposure to the legal system ignited a lifelong passion for justice. They pursued their dreams side-by-side, with Sammy earning her undergraduate degree with honors from UC Irvine before receiving her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School.

Fluent in both English and Farsi, Sammy serves as a vital, direct voice for Southern California’s diverse communities.
